The Process

1. Complimentary Discovery Consult

  • Call our office directly at (732) 842-7004 and talk with Emily, my office administrator, and schedule a Complimentary Discovery Call. You can also do so right now online by clicking here.

  • Fill out a short questionnaire. This questionnaire will help me, Dr. Pam, gain a better understanding of your needs. Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will schedule a virtual appointment for you to have a personal and one-on-one discussion with Dr. Pam.

This Complimentary Discovery Call is designed to gain insight into your primary goals and desired outcomes. Our aim is to ensure that our office is the perfect fit for you. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to working together towards your success.

2. First Office Visit

  • Once we determine together that our office is indeed a good fit, my office administrator, Emily, will schedule your first in-office visit. She will also provide you with our new patient paperwork beforehand, allowing you to fill it out at your convenience.

  • Prior to your visit, Dr. Pam will thoroughly review your medical history and any relevant information you provide.

  • During your initial in-office visit, Dr. Pam will devote ample time to discussing your specific health concerns. We genuinely appreciate the importance of identifying your goals, desired outcomes, as well as any past challenges or obstacles that might have impeded your success.

  • Dr. Pam will then guide you through specific movements to assess the condition and functionality of your joints and muscles. This comprehensive functional movement assessment serves as an evaluation of your nervous system's ability and efficiency to stabilize, balance, and generate movement. This understanding allows her to develop a focused and effective approach that not only ensures initial and short-term successes but also guarantees long-term sustainability.
