Cultivating a positive attitude, we enhance the brain's filtering system through the Reticular Activation System (RAS). Our thoughts direct our actions and influence our body's chemistry. Negative thoughts trigger a fight-or-flight response, while positive thoughts promote rest, recovery, and new opportunities.

During higher activity levels, such as yard work, cardio, or resistance training, understanding what to eat and when will provide sustained energy throughout the day. I'll also teach you about nutrient-rich foods and those that could be harmful, so you can make the best choices for your health.
